Agape
Agape love. Love is great and very simple. To “achieve” love all you need do is open your heart. Just open your heart to life, to love and to all the lovers. Every moment love is available. All you need do is avail yourself of it. It’s not something fancy or romantic or nostalgic or even special. It is more a divine flavour that you allow and that permeates everything. Through love you can easily open the door to infinity and through infinity another door opens to something far greater which is neither loving nor infinite. What that is cannot be expressed or even experienced. What that is no one can say. It is perfection, without being perfect. It is kindness and all qualities without being any quality. To understand it is not your job. To trust it is like trusting a swan. You simply trust it to be what it is and in that trust the door opens, in that trust something so new and true is revealed so that everything else disappears. Everything else never really existed to begin with. Through this insight all insights merge into seeing, being and bliss.
The Nature of Enlightenment
Enlightenment is something beyond what one sees one self to be. It is a shift from the apparent reality to something that cannot really be explained to anyone unless the one receiving is prepared to enter into the actual experience. And the only way for anyone to be immersed in awakening is to.....disappear. Once you have disappeared it's like opening all the doors and portals to the beyond. All of a sudden you discover yourself as something far more vast than you could have ever imagined. You just all of a sudden see with new eyes, and it's like you've just woken up from a deep deep sleep full of dreams and fantasies that were never real. And then this profound sense of knowing over takes everything. And this knowing is so intertwined with what is that there is no longer any separation between the one knowing and what is known. It's like all separation dissolves. There are no longer friends and enemies or labels of any type. There's just freshness of this present moment continuously unfolding and manifesting. All of a sudden you find yourself free. Free of mind. Free of suffering. Free of baggage. And free of any ambition to become anything other than what you already are. It sounds a little fancy and complicated but really it's quite simple. You just give everything up, outside of what you essentially are.............simple.
Nirbeej Samadhi
The Highest reality is this......there is no thought.....no being....no self....no path.....no teacher....no teaching.....no religion....no God and no existence. It has been labeled Nirvana by the Buddha. It can be experienced, yet there is no one there to experience it. It is a mystery. The mystic knows it, yet cannot be it because it is beyond any claim of ownership. There is certainly nothing to do in that realm of Non-Being. Everything is complete, yet there is simply nothing. It definitely makes no sense. In order for anything to be indicated or expressed about it the mystic must return from it to the relative experience of God realization or existential bliss. All that remains is a sort of aura or fragrance of a Nirvana. It is a death, a death of all experiences, of any experiencer and of all enlightenment. In Sanskrit it has been called Nirbeej Samadhi. Seedless Samadhi. Extinction of the flame.
