A note from the Editor:
Times are changing so fast and with all the distractions around us, somtimes we leave ourselves open to neglect of the most important things. Appreciation and gratitude for the most precious gift of all... Life. We need to grow, create the space to develop our spiritual needs, connect with our family and friends, and most of all to be ourselves.
Wherever you are, whatever you are doing, be thankful for each precious moment here, NOW. Whatever life you have, and the circumstances that have brought you to this moment, accept the lessons offered and realise that nothing ever stays the same. Embrace change when it arrives in your life, bring your self into harmony and balance and feel the power of nature as she awakens from the great sleep.

Humanity can be compared to a large basket of fruits and vegetables. As we are so different
and quite the same in many ways. We come in various colors and shapes, yet we have much
in common with each other. We all are in human form having facial features and the physical attributes being quite similar. Yet we tend to keep looking at the outward appearance
and focusing on what makes us so different. Why do we do that, and why is that this has to come between us as a whole. We war over simple things less than this, why? How does that make us any better as a group? We have not learned from many years of battles and comparing have we? I think we need to re-evaluate how we look at another person. Each of us has something to offer the whole group so why do we make these others feel unwelcome most of the time. So they believe differently so what, why should that matter anyway.
We find many ways to catalog these groups of people and differences. Our colors and beliefs should not be what matters most here. The way a person thinks or does things should not be the basis for separation. We in our own way ,contribute to this separation and we look at our selves in a similar way. Love should be the reason we talk to each other and visit and share our lives, not violence and hate. Each of us has a lot to offer this world and we should not be afraid to share that part of us with the rest of humanity. Fear has taken over our minds and hearts and we are afraid to get to know another human.
In what ways are we similar you ask well besides our physical form we all live here on this planet Earth for one. We each need to breathe and eat and work and take care of our family and friends. We share common goals such as being healthy and successful and wanting to be loved and accepted. These are the common desires we all share that don't show separation. The sun rises and sets for all of us no matter where we live. We all are affected by the weather at some point or another too. Natural disasters happen and affect us and it does not discriminate on who you are or where you live. We share a love for nature and animals and a desire to have peace, or at least most of us do. And there are financial challenges we all face and that does affect each of us no matter our station in life.
We can over come our separation and differences if we desire to make this change. We start by making small changes because it will not happen overnight. All of us can do this if we desire to try. One small effort toward another person such as a kind deed or helping them in some way with a project is a start. If each of us could reach out and help another even just one person what a huge difference that would make in all our lives because the ripple effect it would have all around the planet. We would stop seeing each other as an obstacle or someone we would rather not deal with. We can learn to get along and work together to make our life on Earth a better place and this trend could continue for generations to come. It would make a positive statement to the rest of humanity that we actually do care about others that live here with us.
Peace and Unity would make it's way into our lives on this planet, because we would see another being as important. We would want to make a difference in another's life. Sometimes you have to change the way you view and think. It's a change in your perspective in thinking or a way you think or look at a situation. Try to see things from the other person's view, not many of us take the time to do that. We rush and scurry about with our work and our busy lives that we don't see others around us. Sometimes they ask us for help and we tell them we are too busy to help maybe another time. What happens then is that we start putting people off that could use our help and maybe even one day help us. Are our lives so important that we cannot take a bit of our time to do something for someone else? We are humans on a spiritual journey on the Earth. We did not originate from here. Everyone is different in their own way, it doesn't matter the color or race they are.
We as the human race need to stop and re-evaluate our views of another person. When we greet someone on the street or another comes up to you to ask you something take that moment to interact with them at a personal level. Don't just say what do you want and hurry them off. We tend to act so busy that we feel we do not have the time to interact with others. It doesn't matter what they look like or how they dress or what their beliefs are. They are like us more than we think. You cannot judge a book by it's cover even if it's plain wrapping on it. The content inside could be so good you might not want to stop reading it. The same is with people they might not look interesting enough to talk to but then again they might have some insight you need to hear.

What are your views on the coming 2012 transition?
I envision in the future a wonderful world, in 2012 and beyond, as more people embrace the concept of "selfless service." “Selfless service” is a spiritual concept and my path is dedicated to making people independent and self- sufficient. By everyone taking initiative, free of ego and its judgements, then we have creative action. With this action we discover that within our self-sufficiency we have the ability to love the differences and the uniqueness in each other. When one speaks of self-sufficiency this means taking a mature attitude towards life. Whatever choices one makes life reflects it.
There is no running away from all the responsibilities that we face in life. Looking for ways of simplifying and easing things for ourselves creates selfishness. By instead creating joy for everybody it is possible to build a joyful selfless service to humanity. This can be put into practice in all situations in this very moment where we bypass selfish instincts, ideas and expectations and live according to higher ideals that in the end help us to move beyond selfishness and realise what selfless service is all about. This is the joy of simply being.
There is nothing more than love and selfless service is an 'express track' to realising that love is not limited to desires, needs or lacks but rather an overflowing sense of giving.
The more people who put this into practice the more the world will be able to actualise love and thereby create a new paradigm for all of us to live by.

A surprising number of people are turning now to alternative medicinal clinics, for assistance in what is called “deprogramming” which is the release from the psychological dependence on religious or political cults.
At one time this was to help people who had been emotionally abducted by such groups as Jehovah Witnesses, the Evangelicals etc, or the deliberately constructed semi-spiritual political movements such as Tony Blair’s New Labour, with its Millennium Dome as the religious focus, we saw this too in America with George Bush constantly using God as n excuse for Middle East wars and U.S terrorism.
We now get referrals for chocaholics, computerholics, infantile football obsessives and those needing help with hatred or anger management, and with the huge boom in the supernatural, we are seeing a new phenomenon, both the Harry Potter freaks and the Paranorma-phobics, both these extremes show evidence in some personalities, in that they feel justified in extremist phobic behaviour.
Strangely, there are people who believe Harry Potter is a real person, but others suffering from Extreme Denialism, or Pathological skepticism, disbelieve everything to the point where their lives are controlled by it. These techniques are also invaluable in determining whether UFO abductees are genuine.
But my Thursday client was an interesting guy who was at a point in his life where he doubted just about everything, people he spoke to, his wife and work colleagues. This had reached the point where he could no longer read newspapers or watch T.V. Pathological Skepticism, now labeled paranormal-phobia is being seen more and more as a treatable complaint, with such techniques as C.B.T and other talk through therapies, in group therapy.
This man would aggressively question his wife about what she did when he was at work, who she spoke to and how much she spent, he said nothing was as it seemed, religion was a con, politics was all contrived, doctors just secretly killed people, this had reached a pitch where his wife was preparing to go stay at her mothers, because family life was becoming intolerable..
Stage one is to actually recognize there is a problem, at first our friend just wanted an argument, but after three group classes was able to visit his sons school sports day, without condemning it, and was able to take his family out for a meal without assuming he was being watched and it may be poisoned, his wife says he is almost back to the normal man she knew and loved!

Awaken, Arise, And Be Alive
It is time for Spring!
Time for the Awakening!
Don't stand there wondering which way to go...
Open your eyes, your ears, the spirits will let know.
You are Free, Free to Fly!
Spread your wings and soar.
Soar to the open sky!
There is life unfettered.
Truths to be discovered.
Awaken, Arise, and be Alive.
Breathe the essence of the wind.
Feel the thundering power of the Earth!
Open yourself to all possibility!!!
Dream Big!! Dream the Impossible!
Live Life as never before.
Do not slumber- There is so much to obtain!
Believe that you are the Wind!

Look at all creation…
See its beauty
See all things come to harmony
But yet! All are different
These are things of our Mother and Great Creator
Brought into life, to give life
Seek within
Give back to Mother
What she gives us…

Jananda was born in Denmark in 1933. He had a near death experience at the age of seven years old when he was struck by lightening.
In his thirties, a severe back injury began ten years of pain that several major operations and the best efforts of modern medicine could not cure. This "cosmic wake up call" forced him to find alternate healing methods. The dramatic appearance of his spiritual guidance in 1969 set him on the spiritual path.
Jananda made his final transition on December 28th, 2006.
